Winter Storm JonasDynamark Monitoring’s Central Station was heavily impacted by Winter Storm Jonas, which affected much of the eastern coast from January 22 through January 24. An estimated 40 inches of snow fell on the ground in Washington County, MD, where the central station is located.

Dynamark’s CEO Trey Alter spent the day of January 23 driving central station operators to and from work on a snowmobile, as the county had restricted motor vehicles on the road while city workers attempted to clear the snow.

Despite the storm, Dynamark Monitoring was able to maintain an average response time of 24.24 seconds.
